Cravings and why do we have them ? I believe they are there to make life a little sweeter, just make sure are choosing some healthy treats that are full of nutrients, which means whole grains such as oatmeal, quinoa, whole grain toast, fresh fruits, vegetables and healthy fats such as olive oil, nuts and seeds. Oh and the beloved dark chocolate (my favorite paired with some peanut butter! Hello new -version -of -my -high -school- Recess-Pieces!) is an antioxidant (just make sure you are choosing the one with highest cacao content, which has less sugar).
