My passion for the value of proper eating habits and food, has given me the ability to continue to enhance my scope of practice in the field of nutrition for 10+ years.

Overcoming an eating disorder from my early years, I’ve learned the power of positive thoughts, mindful eating habits and behavior change that led me to a life where I was no longer afraid of food. This newfound happiness in making delicious nutritional meals helped me feel great both mentally and physically and I hope to bring that same nutritional awareness and light to my clients with the goal of helping them understand that food is indeed medicine.
